"Do not recommend at all. Very condescending and arrogant. Called to cancel my policy because I found a much better rate on a truck I bought ($3k per year his quote vs $950 year new insurance company) and was laughed at and told I’m confused why you want to cancel? Think that part is very obvious. He pressed for more information then would not cancel my policy until I sent him a declaration from my new insurance company. It’s none of his business really. Just do as I requested and cancel the policy. I sent an email with the new declaration immediately to him after our phone call asking to confirm and he didn’t do that. I had to text him the following day close to noon requesting again to cancel my policy. He finally canceled it. Never again dealing with this agent. Too many insurance agents out there to deal with his nonsense and overpriced insurance commission."

"I’ve been with State Farm for many years and in those many years, I have never had an insurgent adjuster as rude and unprofessional as Derek he flat out lies to his clients tells them to submit paperwork to get a lower priced insurance and then once that client submits the paperwork, he still charges the premium price
Then when I call to try to talk to him, he becomes very short and nasty even hangs up the phone There are many other insurance companies out there that will treat you professionally and not lie and cheat like Derek"
